3G Junction Box Camera / DVR

This Junction Box Camera / DVR is specially designed for streaming real time audio and video footage back to your mobile phone or PDA from anywhere in the world where 3G coverage is supported. This standard white Junction Box unit is very common and would not look out of place in any office or commercial building environment. The unit has no active purpose as a junction box, and the professional camera installation that is designed for view out of the front face of the unit. The camera unit is battery-powered, but can also be powered from a suitable mains power connection where it is sighted if this is required (see options). The internal battery provides a standby time of 50 hours power to the camera unit. Once set up:

The User Can:

• Video call the 3G camera to watch live video with audio
• Make a voice call to the camera to listen to what is happening
• Send an SMS command to set up the camera
• Send and SMS to request a photo or video clip via MMS
• Send SMS commands to Start/Stop/Time video recording

The 3G Camera Can:

• Record video continuously and store onto enclosed SD
• Detect movement and send the alert to your mobile phone
• Transmit ‘live’ video and audio to your mobile
• Dynamically zoom in/out during video calls
• Automatically record video calls if required
• Be password protected for restricted access

Now with the motion detection recording feature it is possible to set up the device to trigger recording when movement is detected within 6 metres of the Junction Box camera unit.
