Smoke Detector Camera/DVR System

To the naked eye, this device looks like your average smoke detector, but it has a secret. This device houses a covert Sony camera and recording system, making this the perfect room surveillance tool.

This is a fully functioning smoke detector installed with a micro pinhole Sony CCD 470 high resolution colour camera and a built in digital video recording system. This product is packed with many features and setting up is actually very easy. The smoke detector camera system offers up to 64 hours of video/audio recording when using a 32GB SD card and has motion detection capability with full function overwrite. The complete system is designed for long-term installation because it is powered from by mains supply so there is no need to worry about changing or charging batteries.

The power cable, audio and video are connected from the top of the unit (audio, video are only used for the initial setting of camera view and after installation it is not used). Mains power can easily be taken from a suitable local power point. Once installed correctly, no cables can be seen. Amongst the units various settings are scheduled, motion detection or continuous recording and multiple recording qualities.
