HD Video Box

This new battery-powered high definition ‘black box’ hidden camera / DVR unit is designed with flexible usage in mind. With motion detection and high quality imagery the device provides a superb evidence gathering solution.

The unit is very simple to use and requires no expert knowledge to use. It is very compact, completely self-contained and portable, all of which ensures versatility of use. The unit records in relation to motion activation in the environment in which is is deployed, recording in 10 minute sections. The enclosed 2200 mAh battery is capable of up to seven (7) days of standby time and / or up to 10 hours of actual recording time

The unit records video footage using an in-built SD card recording system. The device will accept up to an 8GB Sd card (a 4GB card is supplied). The system uses a very small and discreet built-in PIR as the motion activation method giving a range of up to 15 feet. Audio recording on the video footage is included as standard.

The covert CCD high definition camera produces video footage at 1280 x 960 (720p) and on special request this camera (and motion activation PIR) can be built into the side wall of the unit if required. The Video Box can be attached to many surfaces and has brackets that provide easy fixing possibility. The unit by design is particularly suitable for office, workshop and industrial installations where a quick and easy discreet evidence gathering deployment is required

Please Note: Battery life is dependant upon regularity of motion activated recordings, which of course is directly related to the amount of movement in the environment in which the Video Box is deployed.
