How it works

1. Once you have decided that you wish to hire a vehicle tracking device from Spy Equipment UK, you will need to download and read through our Tracker Hire Agreement, to do so please click here.
2. Once you have read through and understood the hire agreement, you will need to place an order for the product and this will act as a Safety Deposit against the unit that you will receive. Payment will be accepted by all of our regular methods of payment, however, card payments may require additional back-up information.
3. Print off, sign and date then return the Hire Agreement to us. Once we receive the payment and Hire Agreement, your hire unit will be packaged and dispatched to your delivery address.
4. In the package you will receive the unit, a charging pack and a CD containing full instructions on how to start up the unit, access the tracking panel together with your unique username and password.
5. The hire period starts from the day you receive the unit. The unit and accessories must be returned to Spy Equipment UK no later than 24 hours after the last day of the hire period (failure to do so may result in a fine*).
6. The unit will then be tested within 24 hours of being received and checked over for surface damage (Normal wear and tear is perfectly acceptable).
7. Once this has been done the Safety Deposit payment, minus the cost for the hire period plus any additional fines, will be refunded back to you via a cheque.

So, as you can see, it\\\'s a matter of - easy to hire, get the tracker, track what you need to track and when you\\\'re done, we send you the difference back. The hire period prices work out like this ;

• 1 weeks hire - £125
• 2 weeks hire - £200
• 1 month hire - £350

* - a fine of 25GBP per day over the agreed returns date that will be deducted from the Safety Deposit.
