We understand that some of our customers would like to purchase items anonymously. We like to believe that we achieve this for our customers.
The majority of customers pay via a Credit / Debit Card your statements will show transactions as a payment made to ‘Intellisphere’ and will ensure that only you know who you have made this payment to.
The Spy Equipment UK website operates a highly secure, 256-bit SSL Encrypted payment portal to process all card payments, powered by Take Payments. Once you have completed the order form on the Spy Equipment UK website, your transaction will be processed through this secure gateway. Once your card details have been entered and verified by your bank, you will receive your confirmation via e-mail.
Spy Equipment UK utilises the 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) scheme for card payments processed through our website. 3D Secure means that once you have entered your card details, you may be asked by your bank (often via your mobile banking app or a secure SMS code) to verify your purchase. The 3D Secure scheme is designed as an additional level of fraud protection for both the retailer and the customer.
Unlike most other Spy Shops out there, we do not set our own exchange rates. All overseas transactions get exchanged by current global market conditions ensuring that all our customers worldwide get the best value for money.
Alternative Payment Methods
If you do not wish to pay by credit or debit card, we also offer a select range of alternative payment methods as stated below:

- Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later / Slice It)
- Bitcoin (Cryptocurrency for enhanced privacy)
- BACS (Direct Electronic Bank Transfer)
- Direct Cash Payment (Pay Cash Directly Into Our Bank Account)
Please Note: Spy Equipment UK no longer accepts payment by cheque or postal order!
If you decide to use an alternative payment method (such as BACS or Cash Deposit), please ensure that you make a note of the correct price (including VAT and shipping) and your order number to use as a reference for the payment.
The best way to do this is to place the order as normal, making sure to select BACS Transfer at the checkout. Then, contact a Spy Equipment UK member of staff to confirm when you will be making the payment, etc. Failure to do this may result in a delay to your order.
Important Registration Info: When registering on the website to purchase an item, please ensure that the registration address given matches the billing address for your payment card or PayPal account. If you are unsure at any point, please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Failure to give the correct billing address may delay the processing of your order because Spy Equipment UK may then need to contact you for further information.
