General & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: This website and all content (including software, HTML, design, text, graphics, audio, and video) are the property of Intellisphere Ltd T/A Spy Equipment UK. All rights are reserved.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our sole discretion. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most up-to-date version periodically.

  • Third Parties: This Agreement does not confer any rights or benefits to third parties.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

  • 12-Month Warranty: All goods are subject to a 12-month repair or replacement warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: Warranty is voided by user misuse, modification, accidental damage, or attempted repair by unauthorized parties. If a serial number or security seal is defaced or removed, the item cannot be identified and will not be serviced.

  • Reporting Faults: Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

  • Out of Warranty: Repairs requested after 12 months are subject to a minimum repair charge and variable costs proportional to the work required.

  • No Fault Found: If an item is returned as faulty but passes technical testing, the customer is liable for return shipping and repackaging costs before the item is released.

Consumer Cancellations & “Change of Mind” (B2C)

  • Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK consumers may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

  • Condition for Refund: Goods must be returned in original, unused condition with security seals intact. Much like a high-street store, we do not allow products to be “trialed” and then returned. Items returned used or with broken seals may be ineligible for a refund or subject to a deduction for diminished value.

  • Outward Shipping Refunds: We will refund the cost of the goods plus the standard (basic) delivery charge. If you chose an enhanced service (e.g., Saturday or Pre-9am), the additional cost above the standard rate is non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The consumer is legally responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  • Exemptions: Bespoke/custom-made items and unsealed software are non-returnable unless faulty.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

    • Restocking Fees: For non-faulty, sealed returns from businesses, we reserve the right to deduct a 10% administration and restocking fee.

    • GPS Devices: Non-faulty B2B returns of GPS Tracking Devices are subject to a 12% administration and testing fee.

    • Shipping Costs: Outward shipping costs for B2B transactions are entirely non-refundable.

Returns Process (RMA)

  • Authorization: Before returning any item, you must state your intention in writing (email) to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  • Tracking: All returns must be sent via a tracked delivery method. Lack of proof of delivery may adversely affect your claim.

  • Timeframe: Once a return is agreed upon, the customer has 14 days to return the product. Delays due to holidays or travel are not accepted as mitigating circumstances.

Delivery and Instructions

  • Shipping Services: Orders are sent via DHL or Royal Mail tracked services.

  • Non-Delivery: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or called for, the customer is liable for re-delivery postage costs.

  • Instructions: Operating instructions are sent via email. We are not responsible for emails filtered into spam or for a customer’s failure to provide a valid email address.

Payment & Financial Security

  • Refund Method: Per the Money Laundering Regulations, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Bitcoin Payments: Refunds for orders paid in Bitcoin will be issued in Bitcoin based on the exchange rate at the point of refund, which may differ from the original amount paid.

  • Fraud Counter-Measures: We reserve the right to request additional identification (e.g., photo ID or card scan) to verify high-risk transactions. Refusal will result in order cancellation.

  • Chargebacks: We dispute all PayPal or card chargebacks to the fullest extent. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve disputes.

GPS Tracking & SIM Cards

  • Fair Usage: Unlimited tracking SIMs are for use within the supplied device only. Removal of the SIM voids the tracker warranty.

  • PAYG SIM Maintenance: Customers must ensure Vodafone PAYG SIMs have at least £1.00 credit and are used at least once per month to prevent network deactivation.

  • Reactivation Fee: If a SIM is deactivated due to inactivity, a £45.00 + VAT fee applies for replacement and reconfiguration.

  • Limitations: We cannot guarantee 100% GPS accuracy due to atmospheric fluctuations and environmental limitations.

Legality of Equipment

  • Compliance: All items are legal to operate in the UK. The customer assumes total responsibility for ensuring their use of the equipment complies with Human Rights, Privacy, and Data Protection laws.

  • Jammers: We do not sell or support the use of GSM/GPS/WiFi jammers as they are illegal to use in the UK/EU.

Miscellaneous

  • Product Specifications: Subject to change without notice due to technological advancement.

  • Pricing Errors: If an item is mistakenly underpriced, we are not liable to supply it at that price. We will notify you of the correct price and offer the option to cancel.

  • Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be invalid at law, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
