Just remove the micro SD card from the unit and insert it into a standard SD card reader (a reader is supplied with the package). Recordings are easily played back using your computer’s native media player. Since the files are compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems, you can easily review the audio on any modern computer. Alternatively, with the correct On-The-Go (OTG) cable, it is also possible to review your recordings on a compatible mobile device without the need of a computer.

Yes, the device is completely discreet and silent in operation, looking exactly like a standard unit. The only difference is a tiny, hidden hole on the underside that allows the internal microphone to pick up surrounding sounds.

Can the voice activation feature be disabled?

No. The device is designed to operate exclusively in Voice-Activated Recording (VOX) mode and cannot be switched off or adjusted.

Will the time and date stamp automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes?

No. Automatic updates for DST would require cellular or wireless communication. To change the time and date settings, you must manually connect the device to a computer using the supplied data cable.

How are the recorded files played back and listened to?

Playback is simple. Unplug the unit and unscrew the two retaining screws to split the adapter. This grants access to the micro SD card. Remove the card, connect it to a computer using the supplied SD card reader, and the files can be transferred or played back using any standard media player.

How many hours of recorded audio can the SD card hold?

The unit is supplied standard with a 32GB micro SD card, which provides capacity for up to 344 hours of recorded audio. The device supports cards up to a maximum of 128GB.
