The GPS Matriax is designed for VIP, vehicle and asset tracking. It is a portable and compact device that can be carried in the pocket, hidden in the luxury goods or attached to equipment.

When it comes to asset tracking, the key factors are optimised operation and scheduled reports. The GPS Matriax unique timer design allows it to remain in deep-sleep mode all or most of the time. It only sends location reports according to the pre-defined schedule, this in turn optimises GPS Matriax's operation times ensuring users get the most from each battery charge. This makes The GPS Matriax excellent for long-term asset tracking.

Motion detection is important for the elderly or chronically ill, as well as keeping an eye on assets or vehicles. The GPS Matriax has an in-built motion sensor, which is the perfect solution for stop-motion detection. The motion sensor can also be set for movement detection for asset and vehicle security.

The GPS Matriax has a single panic button for VIP or Lone Worker applications. When an emergency occurs the panic button can be pressed, the user can then make use of The GPS Matriax's hands-free speaker and microphone to communicate with the control centre or their emergency contacts. If hands-free, two-way communication is not needed, the Panic Button can be set to send out an alert SMS message to selected contacts.

The GPS Matriax now has the option of a Managed SIM for increased performance and reliability. There are 2 different Managed SIMoptions to choose from to select the correct package for you.

Lone Worker Lite
This SIM option offers unlimited tracking and 100 Geo-Fence alerts for 12 months (subject to fair usage policy) and 5 minutes of talk time, along with daily SIM 'health' checks to ensure continued reliability
Lone Worker Pro
This SIM option offers unlimited tracking and 100 Geo-Fence alerts for 12 months (subject to fair usage policy) and 250 minutes of talk time, along with daily SIM 'health' checks to ensure continued reliability

Following several recent requests, we are now able to offer a number of options including an RF Beacon and/or an external battery pack. The RF beacon can be tracked using an RF Wand, with an accuracy of down to approximately 25 mm. This facility gives back up the GPS capability, but also much finer accuracy. The add-on battery pack will increase operational battery life extensively

The GPS Matriax operates on Spy Equipment UK's web-based tracking console, FutureTrack. FutureTrack is a password-protected, web-based tracking platform with comprehensive facilities including screen auto-refresh, geo-fencing, and various mapping options. FutureTrack is also available to view on any WAP or Web enabled mobile phone or PDA giving real-time monitoring on the move!

Please Note: An annual re-subscription fee is payable for continued use of your tracker after the first 12 months. The re-subscription fee will depend on the License and SIM Option you select when purchasing. A Tracking Console License fee is applicable to each tracker purchased.
