Many of our trackers require subscriptions to our very own Futuretrack tracking platform and some may require annual SIM Card subscription for all-inclusive managed SIM deals. Annual subscription to the Futuretrack tracking console allows users to have unlimited secure access to the dedicated web-based tracking platform for a further period of 12 months from the date of new licence subscription payment

On some of our tracking devices a Managed SIM option is available that means (subject to fair usage policy) that the user get the benefit of unlimited tracking without the need to keep the tracker's SIM card topped up with credit. The managed SIM option is something that can be specified and paid for when the tracking device itself is first purchased or subject to a small fee for changing the SIM, can be specified at some time after the initial purchase

It should be noted that if the 12-month licence has expired for access to the tracking platform or the Managed SIM, then remote monitoring of the said tracking devices will not be available until the subscription(s) has been renewed.
