Payment Options

We understand that some of our customers would like to purchase items anonymously. We like to believe that we achieve this for our customers.

The majority of customers pay via a Credit / Debit Card - your statements will show transactions as a payment made to 'Intellisphere' and will ensure that only you know who you have made this payment to.

The Spy Equipment UK website operates a Secure, 128 bit Encrypted payment portal to process all card payments, this portal is known as SagePay. Once you have completed the order form on the Spy Equipment UK website your web browser will be redirected through to the SagePay payment portal. Once your card details have been entered and verified by your bank you will receive your confirmation via e-mail.

Spy Equipment UK have recently entered into the 3D Secure scheme for payments processed through our website. 3D Secure means that once you have entered all your card details you will then be asked to enter selected letters of a 'secret' word known only to you. Not all cards are set up for this scheme yet so it may be worth checking with your card provider before purchase. The 3D Secure scheme is designed as an additional level of fraud protection for both retailer and customer.

Unlike most other Spy Shops out there, we do not set our own exchange rates. All overseas transactions get exchanged by current global market conditions ensuring that all our customers worldwide get the best value for money.

Please Note: Due to the current financial climate any international order over 350 GBP can only be paid for via BACS (electronic money transfer) or by direct money payment.

If you do not wish to pay by card, we also offer a select range of alternative payment methods as stated below:

• Bacs (Electronic Money Transfer)
• Direct Money Payment (Pay Into Our Account)
• Western Union (Please ask in advance)

Please Note: Spy Equipment UK no longer accepts payment by cheque or postal order!

If you decide to use an alternative payment method please ensure that you make a note of the correct price (including VAT and shipping) and your order number to use as reference to the payment. The best way to do this is to place the order as normal, making sure to select (BACS Transfer). Then contact a Spy Equipment UK member of staff in order to confirm when you will be making the payment, etc. Failure to do this may result in a delay to your order.

When registering on the website to purchase an item please ensure that the registration address given matches the billing address for your payment card or PayPal account. If you are unsure at any point please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Failure to give the correct billing address may delay the processing of your order because Spy Equipment UK may then need to contact you for further information.

Shipping

Orders for Standard delivery in the UK are sent by Royal Mail Signed For postal service. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

UK Express Delivery is available at an additional cost via Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK Express Delivery items will arrive by 1pm the following working day. All orders for UK Express Delivery must be placed on a 'Working Day' before 2:30pm for them to be shipped that same day. 'Working Day' means Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays

Spy Equipment UK also offer the choice of UPS courier service for delivery of goods. UPS courier service charges are individual to each customer and are dependent on shipping location and weight of the products. If you wish to have goods delivered via UPS courier service you will need to make contact with a Spy Equipment UK member of staff before placing your order. All UPS courier charges must be paid in advance via BACS or direct money payment into our account.

Non-EU Customers: please be aware that any item going outside the EU will need to have a Customs Declaration attached to the outside of the package. To avoid any repercussions to Spy Equipment UK we must always mark the exact items contained in the package and as such cannot take responsibility for items being stopped by customs and/or additional charges being added by Customs and Excise in the receiving country. Spy Equipment UK is NOT responsible for payment of any customs charges.
